Why this product
Most agencies still split the day across WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and a billing tool that never heard of a duty slip. The quote, the vehicle, and the driver’s allowance live in three places, and profit is a guess at month end.
DevTravels keeps those records together. A customer has enquiries. An enquiry becomes a quotation. A booking becomes a trip with a vehicle, a driver, expenses, and a balance.
How we work with an office
We start from your current flow: who takes the call, who assigns the car, and who collects the advance. The demo uses that sequence, not a generic tour of menus.
Setup covers packages you already sell, your vehicle list, and the roles on the desk. Support stays with Dev India IT Services after go-live.
Your data, your server
PHP and MySQL you can host yourself, with logins limited by role.
